Housing Options Service Assistant

This role supports the Housing Options Service in assisting clients who are homeless or at risk of homelessness by processing bond and rent advance applications. The position involves providing advice and information to clients and partners regarding private sector accommodation while maintaining accurate housing waiting lists. The assistant will also contribute to team targets, customer satisfaction, and general office duties.
