Housing Program Specialist

The Housing Program Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for prospective clients within the unhoused community, assessing their needs and facilitating connections to essential services. This role involves conducting in-person and phone interviews to determine eligibility and collaborating with navigation and clinical staff to support client referrals. The specialist works both in the field at encampments and on-site at Roots clinics to assist clients with documentation and service applications.
