Housing Specialist - U

A Housing Specialist provides housing-focused support to chronically homeless individuals and families, helping them obtain and maintain appropriate accommodation through assessment, landlord engagement, and housing-based case management. The role includes connecting participants with housing options, coordinating supports and referrals, and maintaining records within the program’s systems. The position reports to the Program Services Director and operates within community and landlord networks to promote housing stability.
