Housing Specialist

The Housing Specialist supports HUD and ESSHI programs by providing case management, outreach, and supportive services to chronically homeless individuals and families. The role involves coordinating daily living skills, securing housing placements, and maintaining permanent housing while collaborating with community providers. This position also manages crisis interventions, budgeting assistance, and continuity of care across Onondaga and Madison counties.
