Housing Specialist

This role supports single adults in the Integrated Support Hotel Program by conducting housing eligibility assessments and completing application packages to secure permanent housing. The specialist coaches clients through housing interviews, develops linkages with supportive housing programs and landlords, and facilitates workshops to help clients acquire and maintain independent living. The position involves tracking client placements, advocating for barriers to overcome, and negotiating with service providers to ensure stable housing outcomes.
