Housing Support Worker

The Housing Support Worker collaborates with program participants and the community to ensure housing stability for families in the Norris House Program. The role involves partnering with families to develop actionable goals, providing mentorship, and utilizing an understanding of housing challenges faced by Indigenous populations to offer culturally-safe support. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, adhering to health and safety requirements, and participating in ongoing training to implement the Teaching-Family Model.
