Housing Transformation Coach

The Housing Transformation Coach provides immediate-needs-based wellness, resource navigation, advocacy, and case management services to youth vulnerable to or who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation. The role focuses on stabilizing housing, navigating systems, and supporting participants' long-term success through trauma-informed, survivor-centered approaches. The position involves direct client engagement, collaboration with community partners, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and grant requirements.
