HR Admin – HR Shared Services

The HR Admin – HR Shared Services role delivers standardized, high-quality HR administrative services across EMEA while supporting the transition and stabilization of HR processes into the Shared Services Center. This position acts as a key interface between local HR teams, HR Business Partners, and the HR SSC to ensure service excellence, process consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role involves managing end-to-end HR transactions, pre-onboarding activities, and employee data while providing first-line support to employees and managers.
