The role ensures compliance with NRC's HR and Admin procedures, donor guidelines, and Lebanese regulations while implementing delegated responsibilities under the Support Manager's supervision. This position involves advising managers on HR and Admin issues, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating staff-related processes.
