HR & Admin - Recruiter

This role is a Recruiter position responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, attending career fairs, and utilizing applicant tracking systems to fill agency vacancies. The candidate will collaborate with various staff levels to source candidates, schedule interviews, and assist in the interviewing process while ensuring strict confidentiality. Additional duties involve maintaining records, participating in fund-raising efforts, and overseeing compliance with mandatory state and federal background checks for positions involving at-risk adolescents.
