HR Administration & Program Manager

This role reports directly to the SVP of HR and serves as a key operational partner within the Human Resources organization at Dematic's Grand Rapids campus. The position combines HR operations, executive support, communications, employee engagement, and project coordination to ensure the smooth execution of HR priorities and day-to-day business operations. It supports HR leadership while helping to deliver an outstanding employee experience.
