HR Administrator

Q2 is seeking an HR Administrator to serve as a functional and technical subject-matter expert for the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules within the Workday HCM platform. This role involves owning the day-to-day configuration, administration, and integrity of these modules while partnering with Total Rewards, Benefits, and Payroll leadership to deliver a seamless employee experience. The position requires providing backup support for Workday Benefits and Compensation modules and driving continuous improvement across the HR technology landscape.
