HR Adviser

The HR Adviser supports HR Business Partners by providing professional HR services to line managers and staff, ensuring best practices are followed and employee relations are managed effectively. The role involves handling general queries on attendance management, contracts, and pay, while contributing to the College's mission and values. This position plays a key role in attendance management, producing management information, and completing casework such as absence reviews and disciplinary matters.
