De HR Adviseur bij Kraft Heinz Utrecht is onderdeel van het lokale HR-team op de productielocatie en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en management. De rol richt zich op het ondersteunen van de fabriek met HR-advies en het bijdragen aan organisatiegroei binnen een informele, familiaire werkomgeving. Je rapporteert aan de HR Business Partner en werkt samen met collega’s aan uiteenlopende HR-thema’s.
