The HR Advisor, Americas provides day‑to‑day advisory support to partners, managers and employees on a broad range of complex HR matters across the region. The role partners with the Senior HR Manager and Head of HR to translate firmwide initiatives into effective local execution, handling employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR operations while ensuring compliance and high‑quality service.
