HR Advisor – People Services

RTX is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the UKI & Middle East People Services team on a 6-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This role focuses on providing initial Employee Relations advice and guidance to managers and employees across the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East. The position involves managing a caseload of HR matters, including absence, performance management, and disciplinary issues, while ensuring consistent application of HR policies and processes.
