HR Advisor

This is a 12-month, full-time cover role within the HR Shared Services department at Austin Health, designed to support managers and employees with accurate and timely HR advice. The position involves providing exceptional customer service, interpreting enterprise bargaining agreements (EBAs), coaching staff on HR systems like Kronos, and supporting administrative tasks and change projects. The role is based at the Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital with a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
