HR Advisor

The HR Advisor acts as a strategic partner to the business, leading the development and implementation of regional HR strategy across all HKN entities. The role oversees HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and leadership development programs while providing strategic oversight on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. Working closely with senior leadership, the position translates business priorities into effective people strategies ensuring consistency, fairness, and legal compliance.
