About this role

An HR Analyst based in Washington, DC supporting HR operations with a primary focus on employee onboarding and personnel security/clearance processes. The role partners with HR, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate handling of sensitive employee data, timely onboarding, and adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements. The position requires strong analytical skills and experience with HR systems and security documentation. A current Secret clearance (or higher) is required.
