HR Analyst

Wellington Management is seeking an HR Analyst to join the HR Business Partnering team supporting the Infrastructure Platform. The role partners with HR Relationship Managers, managers, and employees to provide HR strategy and support across the platform. The position offers exposure to multiple HR areas including talent strategy, performance management and compensation, talent development, employee relations, culture, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
