This role is an HRIS-focused product and systems position within Trendyol’s HR team, responsible for owning and evolving HR technology and tools. It sits at the intersection of HR and technology, ensuring HR systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs. The position also involves working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver digital HR solutions and improve employee and HR user journeys. The role is based in Istanbul with a hybrid working model in an international, fast-paced environment.
