HR and People Operations Analyst

TVG-Medulla is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support HR systems, workforce reporting, and people analytics across the organization. This role partners with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to ensure accurate reporting, maintain workforce data, and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with large data sets, and able to turn HR data into clear, actionable reporting.
