The HR and Recruitment Coordinator manages the full recruitment cycle for a high volume of openings at a growing Western Canadian engineering firm, from posting and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding. This role supports the HR team with day-to-day operations and projects while ensuring a great candidate experience. The position involves partnering with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Business Services to keep open requisitions moving efficiently. The coordinator also assists with general HR administration and helps improve recruitment processes.
