HR Assistant

The HR Assistant will support the Business Manager with all aspects of HR administration in a fast‑paced school environment, handling Safer Recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and maintaining the academy’s Single Central Record. The role also serves as the first point of contact for staff queries, oversees basic pension administration, and ensures compliance and confidentiality in recruitment and safeguarding processes.
