The HR Business Partner Associate provides day-to-day support to the HR Business Partner in delivering Human Resources services to assigned programs, departments, and people managers across Brooklyn Community Services. The role assists with employee relations, performance management, manager support, and workforce initiatives while developing knowledge in the HR Business Partner function.
