HR Business Partner IV

This role serves as a regional HR Business Partner supporting Southeast Asia manufacturing expansion while also providing HRBP support to the Shunde Plant. The position focuses on regional capability building, knowledge transfer, and manufacturing HR support across Southeast Asia, alongside local HRBP responsibilities. It requires strong mobility, cross-cultural collaboration, and the ability to transfer proven China manufacturing HR practices to emerging Southeast Asia operations.
