HR Business Partner (Temporary Assignment, Approx. 9 months)

This role involves temporarily replacing the HR Business Partner during maternity leave, supporting both the Rotterdam office and Pernis production site in a broad and highly autonomous HR capacity. The position focuses on partnering with management on strategic and operational HR matters, including organizational change and the ongoing closure process of the Pernis site.
