Epic Kids is seeking an early to mid-career HR Business Partner to support day-to-day people needs and help build foundational people programs as the company scales post-acquisition. The role partners closely with the Head of HR on culture, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and strategic projects while also handling operational HR tasks across geographies. This position will support US and India operations and contribute to integration, restructuring, and total rewards initiatives.
