The HR Business Partner for the Hollow Metal Business Unit is an onsite HR leader based in McKenzie, TN who supports multiple manufacturing and service center sites (including Irving, TX). The role partners across the organization to align people strategies with business objectives and to support the employee experience and organizational development. This position represents Allegion’s HR presence within the business unit and works closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams.
