About this role
HR Business Partner at the Francis Crick Institute supporting leaders across science and operations to influence people strategy, strengthen culture, and enhance employee experience. This is a full-time, permanent role working within a large biomedical research organisation to provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior stakeholders. The postholder will work as part of the HR/People team to drive initiatives that support the Institute’s mission and values.
