HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner at the Community Economic Defense Project serves as a strategic advisor and operational partner to employees and leaders within this Colorado-based nonprofit dedicated to economic equity and housing security. Reporting to the VP of People & Culture, the role manages the full employee lifecycle, including complex employee relations investigations, multi-state leave administration, HRIS compliance, and full-cycle recruiting.
