HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner reports to the Chief People Officer and serves as the primary HR reference for social relations, labor law, and complex employee situations across the French entities of a 1,400‑person group. The role involves partnering with business unit leaders, managing employee representative bodies, overseeing litigation, leading a team of generalist HR professionals, and supporting talent management initiatives.
