The role involves handling the full spectrum of human resource functions for an assigned department, including talent acquisition, HR operations, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will provide HR advice, support recruitment and onboarding, manage performance and grievance processes, and contribute to process automation and employer branding on a 6‑month contract.
