HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner provides day-to-day HR business services support to assigned internal business units, serving as the main point of contact for talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and employee relations. This role involves partnering with business unit leaders to deliver high-quality people services, resolve employee relations matters, and support collective agreement interpretation and grievance resolution. The position requires a strong understanding of unionized environments and Canadian labour laws to advance the employee experience and organizational goals.
