HR Business Partner

This role ensures the plant has the right talent and productivity levels to execute its strategy and achieve business results while maintaining a positive work environment. The position serves as the employee relations leader for the facility, managing labor relations for a unionized workforce and deploying HR strategies across the site. The incumbent partners with plant leadership to implement HR programs, drive standardization, and support recruitment and retention efforts.
