HR Business Partner

This role serves as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to site and senior leaders, providing counsel on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategies. The position oversees labor and employee relations activities, coaches leaders on performance management, and leads the implementation of HR initiatives across the organization. It involves analyzing workforce metrics, forecasting workforce needs, and directly managing HR Generalists to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
