The HR Business Partner serves as a trusted people partner to a VP and their Management Team, translating business strategy into organization, leadership, and talent priorities. This end-to-end role involves providing constructive challenge, advising managers across the employee lifecycle, and owning complex employee relations cases. The position requires strong business acumen and hands-on HR expertise under Dutch Labour Law to drive organizational change and resolve sensitive matters.
