This role provides strategic and operational HR leadership for the Morton, IL and Tremont, IL locations, serving as a trusted partner to local leadership on workforce planning and people-related decisions. The position involves managing core HR programs, overseeing recruiting and staffing activities, and administering compensation and benefits in alignment with global standards and local compliance. The incumbent will supervise an HR support team, ensure data integrity within HR information systems, and manage employee relations and risk management matters.
