HR Business Partner

This role serves as the primary HR partner for assigned business groups, providing strategic guidance and day-to-day support on talent management, workforce planning, and employee-related matters. The position involves collaborating with business leaders to develop workforce strategies, coaching leaders on performance management, and analyzing workforce data to identify talent risks and opportunities. It requires partnering with Employee Relations specialists and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver coordinated talent solutions and support organizational change initiatives.
