HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic sparring partner and first point of contact for managers and approximately 140 colleagues at the support office in The Hague. This role oversees key moments in the employee journey, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and succession planning, while utilizing HR systems and data to drive organizational improvements. The position requires close collaboration with the People Director and HR team to foster a dynamic and people-centric work environment within an international retail organization.
