HR Committee Member

This voluntary role involves providing direct HR support and governance oversight to the Freeda Committee, ensuring adherence to Jersey employment law and charity regulations. The position requires advising on HR policies, staff wellbeing, and strategic planning to support the organization's mission of protecting women and children from domestic abuse. The successful candidate will collaborate with the CEO and Committee to maintain effective HR practices and contribute to public events and fundraising.
