HR Consultant HRIS

The HR Consultant HRIS will join a Divisional project team to enhance the City’s Recruiting module within the SuccessFactors system as part of a multi-year capital project. This role focuses on the research, testing, configuration, and implementation of recruitment technology that integrates with existing HR systems to manage high-volume recruitment. The position requires strong recruitment knowledge and a passion for technology and innovation to support business requirements and process improvements.
