HR Coordinator – Leave, Workers’ Compensation & Payroll

The HR Coordinator – Leave, Workers’ Compensation & Payroll is a hands-on member of the Human Resources team at a federal contractor that designs and manufactures body armor and ballistic protective equipment for military, law enforcement, and government customers. This role owns the end-to-end administration of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and related leaves, workers’ compensation claims, and payroll processing in UKG. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated hands-on experience in UKG Pro Workforce Management and UKG Employee Pay, a strong command of leave and workers’ compensation regulations, and the accuracy, discretion, and documentation discipline required in a regulated manufacturing and federal-contracting environment.
