The HR Coordinator role at Scope supports the People & Culture team by managing recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative duties. This position serves as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding recruitment, BambooHR, and company policies. The coordinator assists with the entire employment lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
