HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator at Connective provides transactional People & Culture support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance within the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS. This role also supports talent acquisition activities such as posting roles, managing candidate communications, and coordinating reference checks while ensuring compliance with BC employment legislation. As a central delivery resource, the coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, requiring strong organizational skills and discretion in handling confidential information.
