Southern Foodservice Management is seeking an organized and dependable HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department at their Fort Lee location. This role coordinates pre-employment and onboarding activities, maintains employee records and HRIS data, and provides administrative support for payroll, benefits, leave, and other HR functions. The HR Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for employees, ensuring professional customer service and maintaining strict confidentiality.
