HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator serves as the on-site HR presence at the Bastrop, Texas facility, handling day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, attendance recordkeeping, corrective action documentation, and recruiting coordination. This role supports the HR Business Partner by managing routine HR tasks and employee inquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The position also provides administrative support to secondary plant locations and facilitates plant communication and safety training administration.
