HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator supports the growing team by playing a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position focuses heavily on recruiting, screening, and interviewing top talent while coordinating new hire orientation and supporting employee lifecycle activities. The role also involves maintaining HR documentation, assisting with performance management, and serving as a backup for payroll processing.
