HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator supports the Plant Manager and HR Manager in coordinating and applying human resources policies and procedures for a plant of approximately 130 employees. The role focuses on hourly payroll administration, full-cycle recruiting and orientation, and ensuring compliance with the collective agreement and local employment laws. This position requires maintaining employee records, facilitating training, and supporting a safe, productive work environment.
