HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator reports to the Head of People and Culture and is responsible for ensuring that all recruitment and HR related administrative duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The role acts as the first point of contact for employee enquiries on recruitment, BambooHR and policies, while managing the onboarding process and providing assistance throughout the employment lifecycle. This position involves supporting the HR Partners with various administrative tasks, maintaining HR systems, and coordinating health and safety programmes across the company.
